The EKOMAXX 800 is an intermediate class shredder equipped with a Volvo 320 horsepower Tier 4 final diesel engine. This unit is only available with paddle shafts and best suited for applications processing green waste, wood, household and commercial waste, tires, paper, and cardboard.
This mobile shredder offers the same advantages that are a part of the standard ARJES design. A SCU control system that includes remote control has predefined shredding programs that adjust the rotation and speed of the shafts. Additionally, the quick change shaft system simplifies the time for installation and removal of the shafts.
Manual insertable plates are standard and assist with regulating the final product size. In case of wear, the plates can be turned several times before needing replaced.
An over-belt magnet with water sprinkling system is standard providing a strong solution for effective separation of ferrous material.
