ARJES MODEL TITAN 950

Best suited for those companies that have to process a huge amount of waste products on a daily basis. The 950 is the only model in the line-up capable of processing light metal and car bodies.

This mobile shredder offers the same advantages that are a part of the standard ARJES design. A SCU control system that includes remote control has predefined shredding programs that adjust the rotation and speed of the shafts. Additionally, the quick change shaft system simplifies the time for installation and removal of the shafts.

Hydraulic adjustable side combs can be opened or closed to regulate the final product size allowing throughput to be defined depending on the material being processes. An over-belt magnet with water sprinkling system is standard providing a strong solution for effective separation of ferrous material. The Titan 950 is available as a track version with Volvo 550 horsepower or electric stationary with (2) 160 KW electric motors.
