The Weiler SF10 fixed screed is designed for joint-free paving up to 24′ wide. Screed plates are constructed of an abrasion resistant alloy steel with a curved nose design and pre strike-off plate for pre-compaction. Electric heating elements are located in each screed plate section for even heat distribution.
Spring-loaded end gates create a downward force ensuring an excellent joint. Easy-grip handles and dual-bolt guides provide easy and smooth height adjustments.
Screed controls are conveniently located and easily recognizable to provide efficient operation.
The CANbus electrical system utlilizes a controller to perform screed functions, eliminating many wires and relays for a reliable electrical system.
