NEW NAMES, SAME GREAT PERFORMANCE.

Don’t let these new dozer names fool you. Cat is still producing dozers with the same great performance; however, the names are now simplified. No matter the job, there is sure to be a dozer that fits your earthmoving needs– small, medium, or large.

SMALL DOZERS: DON’T LET THE SIZE FOOL YOU.
In the small dozer category, we now have the D1, D2, and D3. These were previously known as the D3K2, D3K, D4K2, D4K, D5K2, and D5K. This size of dozer is perfect for residential construction tasks and is sure to get the job done right. Whether it is clearing and grading lots, sloping the sides of roads, back-filling, and final grade work for landscaping, there’s a Cat dozer that’s the perfect fit for you.

MEDIUM DOZERS: YOUR CHOICES HAVE NEVER BEEN BETTER.
In the medium dozer category, we now have the D4, D5, D6, and D7. These dozers were formerly known as D6K2, D6K, D6N, D5R2, D6T, D6R2, D7E, and D7R. The medium dozers deliver industry-leading fuel efficiency and easy maintenance features that reduce owning and operating costs. Next generation models include factory-integrated Cat Grade technology which makes operators faster and more accurate. Also, in this category, you will find the first high-drive electric drive in this size class. You simply can’t go wrong with any of our medium dozers.

LARGE DOZERS: EXPECT BIG RETURNS.
Moving on to the large dozer category. These dozers are now referred to as D8, D9, D10, and D11. You may have known them previously as D8T, D8R, D9T, D9R, D10TR, or D11T.
