Cat Rewards Tiers Explained

Your Cat Rewards tier is determined by:

Annual Cat parts and service spend
The number of new Cat machines purchased
Whether you have a Cat® Commercial Account

All Cat Rewards members receive access to exclusive promotions and are eligible for special gifts, events, and localized dealer offers. As your engagement increases, you move through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers—unlocking additional benefits such as Cat Credits, product insights, and professional tips.

Cat Rewards Tier Status Retention

Once you reach a Cat Rewards tier, you keep that status for: The remainder of the year in which it’s achieved, and the entire following year. During the following year, additional Cat Credits are deposited into your account based on your tier level.
