Next Day Parts — or We Pay!

 
All CVAs include our Next Day Parts Guarantee. Maintenance, wear, and common repair parts will be available by the next business day. If we don’t meet that standard, we’ll reimburse you up to $1,000 in Cat® Credit*. Fast parts availability reduces downtime and keeps your operation moving.

48-Hour Back to Work Guarantee

 
With a Performance CVA including dealer labor, you receive our strongest service protection. For qualifying unplanned repairs performed by Stowers, we’ll have you back to work within 48 hours. If we fail to meet that commitment, you’ll receive $1,000 in Cat Credit to offset your costs.

Performance CVA customers receive priority scheduling and proactive service communication. Every repair includes a full machine inspection, a detailed estimate, remote diagnostics, and timely updates on progress. Field or shop service is performed based on your needs, ensuring repairs are efficient and downtime is minimized.

Disclaimers

Next-day parts commitment is by the end of the next business day after initial contact or the customer’s requested need-by date. Customers receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credit for late maintenance, wear, or common repair parts not covered by warranty or an Equipment Protection Plan (EPP). Next-day Parts Commitment valid for machines with CVA’s enrolled or renewed after 1/1/2026.

48-hour “Back to Work” Guarantee applies to common repairs by the end of the second business day or an agreed-upon completion date. Machine must be enrolled in a performance CVA including dealer labor. Calls received outside business hours are recorded as received at the start of the next business day. At dealer discretion, Stowers may complete the repair or provide a suitable loaner within 48 hours. 48-hour “Back to Work” Guarantee valid for machines with Performance CVA’s enrolled or renewed after 1/1/2026. Customers receive $1,000 in Cat Credit if repairs are not completed and no loaner was provided.
