Convenience CVA

 
The Convenience CVA is ideal for customers who perform their own maintenance. It provides everything you need to keep your machines serviced on schedule, including guaranteed next-day parts availability—if we don’t have the parts you need, we’ll pay you up to $1,000 in CAT Credits*. This plan makes routine service simple and predictable.

Performance CVA

 
The Performance CVA is designed for customers who want dealer-performed maintenance and repairs. It includes all the benefits of the Convenience CVA, plus dealer labor in the shop or field. This gets you our 48-Hour Back to Work Guarantee. We know you rely on your machine to make a living. If your machine has a Performance CVA and needs unplanned repairs, we’ll have you back to work in 48 hours or we’ll pay you $1,000 in CAT Credit to offset your costs.**

You also receive a full machine inspection, detailed repair estimates, remote diagnostics, and timely service updates. This plan ensures your equipment stays ready for the unexpected with support from the team that knows your machine best.

Simple, Predictable, Built for Uptime


Every CVA includes our Next Day Parts Guarantee*. We’ll deliver maintenance, wear, and common repair parts by the next business day, or we’ll reimburse you up to $1,000. Each plan also comes with VisionLink® for tracking hours, location, and key health indicators. SOS℠ Fluid Health Analysis helps identify component wear early so you can plan maintenance before issues occur. CVA Program Disclaimers

Next-day parts commitment is by the end of the next business day after initial contact or the customer’s requested need-by date. Customers receive up to $1,000 in Cat® Credit for late maintenance, wear, or common repair parts not covered by warranty or an Equipment Protection Plan (EPP).

“Back to Work” commitment applies to common repairs by the end of the second business day or by the agreed service completion date. Calls received outside dealer business hours are considered received at the start of the next business day. At dealer discretion, Stowers may complete the repair or provide a suitable loaner within 48 hours. Customers receive $1,000 in Cat Credit if repairs are not completed and no loaner was provided.*

CVA’s can only be included with your monthly machine payment when purchased at point of sale. Financing options for CVA’s purchased on owned equipment may be available on the CAT Card. Ask your product support sales rep for more info.
