DBS Systems Upgrade Alert

We’re preparing for an upcoming system upgrade as part of our continued commitment to improving your experience.

Our DBS platform will undergo a scheduled upgrade beginning Friday, August 8 at 7:30 PM, with service expected to resume by Monday, August 11 at 5:00 AM. During this time, our systems will be temporarily unavailable.

Our East Knoxville, Tri-Cities, and Chattanooga locations will remain open on Saturday, August 9, and our teams will assist you using manual processes. Please note: our West Knoxville location will be closed on Saturday.
