Our store in east Knoxville offers heavy equipment and power generation sales & rental and a Cat Rental Store. The east Knoxville store also offers our full range of product support services, including parts & service support for Caterpillar machines, generators, and engines; truck engine & commercial engine service; a machine shop, hydraulic shop, and component rebuild shop; and a full-service welding & fabrication shop.

The parts counter in our Parts Department is staffed during the hours shown below. We also provide parts service after hours to support you when you need parts outside our normal business hours. Just call the Parts Department at 865-546-1414 or 800-362-9690. Our store hours are:
    Monday through Friday    7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
    Saturday    7:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon
    Sunday    Closed
