SERVICE CLERK III - SEVIERVILLE

The service department in our Sevierville location needs administrative support, ASAP!

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Provides basic clerical support to Service Manager and Service Department; typing, filing, copying, mailings, and answering telephone with limited assistance.

Processes service work orders as directed to include opening, closing and changes.

Processes purchase orders and outside invoices in a timely manner and within company procedures.

Posts all oil, freon, etc. accurately to the appropriate service work order.

Enters time cards labor and mileage accurately.

Maintains history folders in an accurate manner.

Answers telephone promptly in a professional manner.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year  experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Familarity with Dealer Business System (DBS) a plus.
  • Good verbal, written, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must be able to pass background check, physical exam, & drug screening



PAY & BENEFITS

This is a full time hourly position that offers a competitive wage.  Actual pay will be commensurate with your experience and education.
