| YOUR SAFETY AND SATISFACTION ARE OUR GOALS Our preventive maintenance (PM) programs follow Caterpillar standards and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 110 standards to ensure your safety and satisfaction. We are familiar with all aspects of your generator, not just the engine. In fact, we offer PM services no matter the make or model of the engine in your generator. We also offer monthly, quarterly, and annual services, as well as customized services, to meet your needs. SCHEDULED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES A sample list of the services we provide during a quarterly or semi-annual inspection and maintenance service on your generator is shown below:
ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE Our annual preventive maintenance service includes all the services in the quarterly or semi-annual preventive maintenance service, plus the following services:
In addition, Stowers offers an optional load test at the time the annual preventive maintenance service is performed. We will operate your engine and generator set under their rated load for two hours after repairs are completed to ensure proper operation. During this test, the load is applied using a portable resistive load bank. Pricing for the load test includes labor for connecting and disconnecting. We will provide pricing for additional testing if you want us to do so. READY TO LEARN MORE?
