| JOB SUMMARY SENIOR SHOP TECHS perform maintenance, repairs and reconditioning of all products we service with no supervision. SENIOR TRUCK TECHS perform as above, plus engine diagnostics - also without supervision. SENIOR FIELD TECHS do the same as above, working independently from a field truck at our customer sites, so, complying with all DOT regulations is a must! You'll need to have leadership skills as well as technical skills since you may be called upon to act as a Lead Person for more junior technicians. JOB REQUIREMENTS
