| WE NEED YOU TO BE OUR FUTURE We highly value the many years of experience that our employees bring to our customers, but some of our most experienced people will retire in a few years after successful careers at Stowers. In fact, we expect to see about seven percent of our employees retire in the next five years, and another seven percent are likely to retire in the five years after that. In addition, our customers continue to get bigger and busier, which means that we need even more people to take care of their Caterpillar engines and equipment. So, we need you to be our future. Over the next few years, we expect to hire many people in jobs like Caterpillar earthmoving equipment technicians, Caterpillar truck engine technicians, parts warehouse specialists, delivery drivers, and equipment technicians for the equipment in our rental fleet (scissor lifts, generators, and boom lifts).
